When we are driven by our emotions we are often told that we are acting irrationally. Sometimes we feel bad for “not having our act together.” Yet, are emotions irrational? Research shows that emotions have underlying physical and chemical reasons, just like our thoughts.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
